Depends on what you call a build sheet. Anyone with ERWIN access can look up the "vehicle data" for a VIN. That's essentially the full PR codes list, plus some other details like exterior/interior color codes, engine and transmission codes, etc. But that's a subscription site, so

then vehicle identification search, enter VIN, search, go to vehicle data, save document as PDF. But again, needs an active subscription. When I wanted my full PR codes list, I just emailed Audi USA and asked for it. They sent it eventually.
