The Q5, like the A4 allroad, use a larger tire diameter than the base B8 diameter (of the sedan, avant, coupe, cabriolet, and sportback). As such, these two body styles of the B vehicles get a collapsible spare that has to be blown up with a compressor for use. For the Q5, that p/n is, currently, 8R0601010B. Wow, that's not cheap, https://www.genuineaudiparts.com/oem...are-8r0601010b But at least it's the wheel and tire. Though you can't replace the tire itself, should an issue happen to the rubber; it's glued to the wheel. The specs are 195/75r18 106P for the tire and 18x6.0 et36 for the wheel. The general diameter for the Q5 is 29", but that won't fit in the B8 spare tire well, thus the folding aspect. Don't know what the inflation pressure is for that; it'll be on your car or your owner's manual. It's typically higher than normal tires, such as 65 psi for my normal temp spare. But you can get many battery powered inflators on Amazon these days. Got an Airmoto for a present and it's worked great for topping off tires from time to time.

Even though the OEM is Vredestein space master, it appears you can't get those at all except as OE parts. Looking for "used" would be the way to go, https://www.ebay.com/itm/326095060986 But as old as any originals might be, you might have to check the rubber date. The original p/ns were 8R0 601 011..., any 010... should be no older than 10 years. But 010B took over in 2017 or so, so even those latest p/ns might be up to 7 years old.
