AU: Will Q7 brake fit Q5?

They definitely will not be the same p/ns. Which Q7 are you talking about? There's the type 4L then the type 4M. Neither are MLB platform like the B8 Q5. MLB vehicles are B8 A4/A5/Q5, C7 A6/A7, and D4 A8. The 4L is a particular oddball as it's a PL71 vehicle, shared with the VW Touareg and Porsche Cayenne. It doesn't even use the same center bore as any of the other Audis. The 4M is MLBevo, like the B9 and C8 and D5. And which specific brake size, and are we talking front or rear?
Is this a B8.0 or B8.5? B8.5 already has 4-piston Brembos.

That's going to be a type 4L Q7, the Mk1 Q7. The fronts would be 350x34 4-piston Brembos. But if you have a B8.5, you already have 4-piston Brembos, either 320x30 or 345x30. Nothing gained here. If you have a B8.0, then you have the TRW 1-piston 320x30 or 345x30. But the easy way to 4-piston Brembo is just get the B8.5 Q5 or the Macan parts.
As for using the Q7 calipers, apparently called Brembo 18z, it's about finding a compatible rotor to use: https://www.audizine.com/forum/showt...7-18z-calipars
