Having an aluminum rim seized onto the steel rotor hub is a common sign that the wheels have not been off in a long time and is usually combined with salted winter roads climate. I apply high quality penetrant around the circumference of the rim to rotor mating surface including the seam inside the lug holes, let soak, then rotate the rim and mule kick the tire as many times as needed to break it loose. No hammers and no damage to parts or painted surfaces.

don't really know what exactly happened to it, most likely due to water pump failure caused overheated. Heat gasket is leaking.
Yeah overheating an engine is the worst. Some folks don’t realize the extensive damage caused by overheating which is the number one cause of leaking head gaskets, which means the aluminum head warped and possibly the block deck too.
