AU: help me with this trans model?

Well, it says 8HP55A, which is the 0BK, as we see on it. But we don't see the actual ZF identification plate to show us the transmission code. Seems like very worthless video out there specifically looks to avoid showing it. Suppose to be on the underside of the left axle flange shaft extension of the bell housing. But so it's a Dec '17 build, so would be a replacement unit, not a production run unit. But the p/n seems odd, 0BK 300 040 L 000. The last three should be 001, 002, whatever representing the mechatronics programming (vehicle/emissions target). And the parts catalog shows 0BK 300 040 L 001 as used just Oct to Nov 2014, and transmission code QCV.
If this is like a 12/14 or 01/15 or such build MY15 Q5, then looks like it might have had QCV originally (what's on the vehicle identification sticker?) and was replaced by a new QCV at some point?

It's still an active p/n for replacement purposes. If you had a 0BK 300 040 L (QCV) and needed it replaced, Audi would put another 0BK 300 040 L in there, not a whatever later p/n (code) they happened to use later. Sometimes parts get superseded to more recent revs; this time the parts catalog says it did not.
