SQ5 2017 , transmission weakness and vibration when accelerating from 4th to 5th
Hi guys , last month i have got an used SQ5 2017 B8.5 “45k km “ and it was perfect and looks totally brand new . till two weeks back when i decided to do some check up and changing oil and filters for both engine and transmission . After 3 days I started to notice a weird sound “Trrrrrrrr” like vibration when accelerating from the 4th to the 5th Gear even the back seat passengers can feel it . i couldn’t find out where is the exact problem . But it only appears on the 5th gear .
By the way , i contact the previous owner of the car to ask him if he had face this issue before because it was totally fine when i bought it , and he told me it was fine but he had an issue before which the oil and water cooler were changed because the car had not been used for a long time, which caused water-oil mix and he had to take the car to the nearest dealer to replace them and clean up everything.
now i am afraid that the gearbox has bigger problem or might need to be replaced . Totally a Nightmares !!
