Default Installed repaired ABS module, new issues

Hey everyone,
Just got my module back from module master and installed it. Car lifted great and most every light that was on is off now. Sadly the ABS and traction control lights are still on and now the brake light (not parking brake) is constantly flashing.
Has anyone experienced this after fixing the ABS module?
It's throwing any codes so very confused.
Should I disconnect the battery for a while?
Drive it a while?
Or is it that it needs to be recoded or the recalibrated?
If recalibration how do I do that?

Its probably the harness, unwrap the tape back about a foot to take a look at the condition of the wires. Known issue and many posts here about it. Search is your friend.

Wires look factory fresh. I accidentally threw away a page from module masters that I fished out of the trash that said the attached

If this wasn't your original module and came from another car then yes, it needs to be coded: Audi A8 (4E) Brake Electronics - Ross-Tech Wiki

Or it could be that the repair somehow lost the existing programming. Its straightforward to do. If you have an old saved scan result with your original module, you should be able to get the coding to apply to the current module from that as well.

It's my original module and I didn't have the tools to code. I guess I have to find someone with the scanner and program to do it for me.

Coding does need to be verified. I checked mine and coding was the same as before I sent it to MM. If not coding, then I would suspect the wiring as AEightSilver said.
