A8 2006 4.2 MPI Expansion Tank Replacement
Old Tank plus.. jb weld?...
Old crusty tank
New Tank.. no jb weld needed..
engine bay looks cleaner, hit with quick non oily detailer to get grease off new tank as well
3 10MM Bolts, soaked in penetrant overnight, hose clamp pliers, 2 small hoses ontop, and large hose on bottom of tank, used a clean fluid transfer pump to get old coolant out, followed by installing and topping new tank off, then bleeding air from plastic screw under plenum on passenger side no leaks.
