Rocker Moldings
Son ran over a curb on my wife's 2013 Q7 and damaged the rocker panel molding. I've looked but can't find any so does anyone have a video or how-to for removing the rocker panel molding? If it matters it's the passenger side. Not sure if the clips are broken or the molding itself so would love to take it off and see what needs to be done.

You really need to lookup the workshop manual from any 4L Q7 year model, or look at similar models, etc.
FWIW: I found a similar inquiry on the 4M Q7 model, and the manual pages posted in that thread showed it uses double-sided adhesive tape across the top, then has locating pins beneath. Removal process stated to use a heat gun to warm up the taped area at top of the trim piece and then use trim tools to pry/lever it away from the door panel, then removal of panel is straight down, etc. Again, that's for the 4M Q7, but they likely didn't change how those lower door panel mouldings go on.
