Default Cracked front interior door cards on 2015 Prem+

Back again lol, this time with another “issue”. Both front interior door cards apparently have cracks in them, on the corner of the armrest and the back of the panel (seen below).

I only want to fix this because they’re causing the door cards to flex quite a bit, and the driver’s side rattles a bit when listening to bass-heavy music through my Bose system.

I’ve been thinking about taking some black epoxy and just filling it in, or maybe some E6000. What are your suggestions?

Passenger front (very slight, barely noticeable)

Driver’s front (I presume this is where the rattle is coming from)

Driver’s front again (looks like it’s cracked here and seems to be spreading)

Those are really odd spots for a 'crack' to form from normal weathering exposure/old age, etc. I'd suggest you need to get some trim tools and remove the door panel to see how many of the fasteners are either broken or missing from the backside of the panel. Folks who don't know or use the wrong type tools break the panel locating/retainer clips off, and often just throw it back together. So your 'rattles' heard could be loose plastic bits floating around inside the door. You won't know until you go look. Videos online will show you the proper access method and where to find the 'hidden' retainer screws/bolts, etc., as well as how to not break the wooden/metal trim piece in door, which hides panel screws, etc.
