Somewhere it can be enabled in module 55 or 09?
i tryed all the option to code the module 09:
When i select 9 = Bi-Xenon Headlights With LED-DRL And AFS But w/o i have two error 01495 01499 L R high beam headlamp bulb open or short (but i test it on actuation test and high beam works)
when i select 4 = Bi-Xenon Headlights w/o Headlight Washer System, no errors come up

i cant do long coding with my xdiag x431 on module 09. But maybe someone unchecked the bit 07? In that case doesn't work???

Why not start with what you know? The headlamp module has a part #, which tells you if it is the base HID/bi-xenon housing or if it has the upgraded AFS (swiveling/road following headlights) housings, etc. Similarly, only S-line optioned cars have the pop-out headlamp washers; the rest don't...cars with only the interior S-line trim decor (the interior 'look') don't have the headlamp washers.
Then you follow the coding matrix to determine what the actual coding should be for your Q7's lighting system and verify if it matches what is stored. If the coding is correct, continue to troubleshoot to locate the actual underlying fault. I'd say test the multifunction switch output and any fuse/relay associated with that control stalk/switch, etc. Not that you want to hear this, but sometimes the issue is with the control module itself. That's not usually the case, but sometimes it is. You just keep eliminating the possibilities till there's nothing left but the control module.
