Battery Is draining
My battery is drained and those lights stay on, additionally it seems that the throttle body activates every 5 minutes even though they are off

Sorry to hear of your problem with car.
While there are a lot of specific known parasitic battery drains on any older Q7, they don't normally relate to those warning lamps appearing on your dashboard. You'll really need to get your car fully scanned via a VAGCOM type of scan tool...that just means it can read/interact with VW Auto Group (VAG) car brands, etc. To own a used Q7 you really need to buy a VAGCOM type scan tool even if you don't DIY your own car....just to read trouble codes and be able to clear them and/or perform basic service functions on this car, etc.
If you plan to DIY fix/repair/maintain your Q7, then get a VAGCOM that will support your ability to DIY repairs and diagnostics...The Ross-Tech VCDS is highly recommended for diagnostics and repairs on the Q7.
Very odd things do happen when the car battery is weak, so be aware of that and get it checked out.
Normally, you want to begin any new thread with your car's specific information...year, mileage , motor, fuel type, etc. and any other specific details after that relating to your actual issue.
