Air suspension problem
Hi everyone, I have a Audi a8l 2008 , I replaced 4 air shocks and the compressor. The car drives great, the compressor kicks in when I start driving from 40 kmh for a minute - a minute and a half and stops. The compressor does not come on again during the trip. Is it normal? The vcds says that there are no faults at all in the air suspension system, apart from that I noticed that after I park the car for a few days the rear shocks drop to about the height of the wheel in automatic mode, is this also normal?

If you have replaced all 4 struts and the compressor and the car is sinking, I would spray some soapy water on the air line supplying the struts. The air lines have seals that get ruined over time. I had this happen after I rebuilt a strut. I replaced the O ring, no more leak.
The compressor will come on and off depending. You don't hear it unless it is installed incorrectly.
