Headlight Replacement

After pricing new assemblies, my QUESTION is, how hard a job is it to remove and replace a lens? I have seen videos in the past, but have you done this work before? Or know a great reputable company or person that could do this?
I would love to see where I am going in the dark.
Thank you in advance!
I was even looking to buy complete headlights from scrapped cars, but they are all more or less yellowed and bad looking.

Just thought sharing.... It makes me wonder if it is a sealing issue or, perhaps, if it is just that the last time bulbs were changed, it was done during high heat / humidity. If warm, moist air was trapped in there at that time, it will condense quickly as the temperature drops. Ultimately, moisture will find a way in, so it is important for it to have an exit, too. I found that when I put the dust caps on the housings of my Subarus, they tend to display condensation at times. If I just don't install the caps, the housings are fine. Plus, I use LED bulbs with little cooling fans on them in those cars now, which also serves to increase airflow across the back of the lens.
Here is the place to buy new, OEM, VALEO housings, and they sell the Euro-code and NAR headlamp housings for really decent prices. They are bare housings, so you have to transfer over the electronics/bulbs from your existing units...ballasts, bulbs, dynamic control module, etc.
The links below take you direct to the their website and to specific version of headlight this member purchased, so read the details on it...these are the dynamic headlight housings, which can be fitted to the facelift cars that didn't have them...you just have to source the controller for the 'dynamic' /swiveling part and corner lighting to work, etc.
Hunted around and copied this over from the "E Codes Installed" thread, @iconoclast , which is located here, if you want to reference it in full, which I'd recommend:

The company is OE245 on Ebay and sold the headlight pair as a set, there are a few other companies too. I found a coupon on their website (Cars245.com) last month for 15% off, and decided it was time to get the headlights. They took about a week, week and a half to arrive from Latvia. They were in perfect condition (brand new, condition for shipment across the world), all I had to do was transfer over the modules from my old US adaptive Tri-Xenons. Quick 30 minute change and presto, instant new car feeling driving at night.

Bringing Audi to Life for Audi Fans
i ended up buying a set of LED headlights on Ali - they look incredible and do a nice little animation at night when you turn them on.
one of the lights was broken when I got it. One of the arms that connects the assembly to the leveling motor was disconnected - impossible to repair without disassembling everything so a few dabs of superglue went in and it has been solid for a few weeks but I know i will need to fix it at some point.
one thing tgat bothers me and you can only see it when the lights are on is the lenses look blemished on the inside. I have read this is normal for LEDs and indeed my wifes a4 has some blemishes too but the ones I just bought are worse. You can only see it when looking from the side if course. I almost wonder if they are there on purpose as to not blind other drivers?
The cut off is also a little weird but those gripes aside, they are amazing and I can actually see at night now. The high beams are ridiculously bright as well.
i still have my old lights and I took a stab at restoring them and while they look a lot better , I am still not happy with the result. I think I need to wet samd them with 2000 as I only had 1000 available. Let me know what you think. Old and new
