Bluetooth initializing setup screen
You've got a fault in your 5F Module Info Electronics 1....and also an Active Energy Management fault code, which basically means your Q7 is shutting down 'accessory items' to save battery power. The list of items it can 'shut down' is fairly extensive. Getting your battery voltage up to snuff is always a good place to begin on this car. So many fault codes and issues are related to low voltage/low battery capacity, etc.
Tough to understand exactly what's happening with your car if we don't know what year your Q7 is and exactly what you are trying to do...pair a phone for voice calls...stream music...what's your end-game/expectation? Is there anything 'greyed out' inside the Bluetooth menu on the MMI, or otherwise, etc., etc. Provide as much detail as you can.
Did you delete prior linked Bluetooth devices before trying to synch your phone; what phone are you trying to connect?
Does the car have an aftermarket Carplay kit installed.
Note your numerous door handle touch sensor faults and one for the exterior push-button unlock too in your scan faults; those are constant parasitic energy drains on your battery. Common issue; easily resolved.
