Default Porsche macan wheels on my 2009 q7

Has someone I know selling macan 19inch wheels with tyres 255/50/19
I have a 2009 q7. Can I use these wheels. Sorry, this is my first post here and not sure if this is the right place or way to ask
I know both cars use a 5x 112 bolt pattern and centre bore looks similar but that's where I hit a wall. Wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing by my mate and my car before I went ahead
Thank you

Mk1 Q7 hubs are 5x130mm, they will not fit.

You want to look for Porsche Cayenne wheels, those would fit and are the same 5x130 bolt pattern.

The new (MKII, 2017+) Q7s use the 5x112 pattern, but the MkI Q7s were beefier in that regard!

Or the VW Touareg wheels, let's not forget those.

The Porsche Cayenne, VW T-Reg, and Audi Q7 all share the 4L platform and use same wheels /bolt pattern as they hubs are from the same parts bin, etc. Good options abound if you know what you looking for. As bit of trivia, the Lambo Urus also was built on the 4L platform.

I’m not doubting you with this, but my understanding is that the Urus is built from the VAG MLB Evo platform. That would make it 4M rather than 4L.

The Urus and MLB Evo Cayennes use 5x130mm hubs for higher torque handling capabilities. Porsche has been using 5x130mm for decades across all models except the Macan which is 5x112mm.

BTW, Urus wheels are 71.5mm center bore, Cayenne are 4L Q7 are 71.6mm. While 0.1mm isn’t much, I’d be curious if Urus wheels would slip over the hub without some filing/boring.

Urus is nothing but a re skinned Q8, which is not 4L platform.

The Urus concept car was introduced way back in April 2012 at the Beijing Auto show, and then another five years of R&D time passed. It didn't actually begin normal production until mid 2017 as a 2018 model, which by then VW Auto Group had already transitioned products over to the newer 4M chassis for existing models, also known as the MLB Evo platform, so sure, that's what it was eventually built on, but it started out on the show circuit and during development on the earlier, 4L VW chassis and extensive, shared parts bin. Like I said, it's trivia. The V8 twin-turbo in the Urus is a modified version of the venerable Audi 4.2 V-8 and there is lots more VAG parts bin sharing too, as Lambo is owned by the VW Auto Group, but it's Lambo, so gotta have some massive wheels on it to house super-duper big brakes.

trivia or not, URUS is built on 4M platform, simple as that. Yes, ofcourse it shares parts, its anAudi Q8 with different styling, mechanically they share bunch of parts, including Audi 4.0 engine. What they used as rolling plaform for prototypes and car shows is irrelevant at the end of the day.
