2018 Q7 Child lock malfunction

After getting a warning about low battery, I keep getting a "Child lock Malfunction " message. Battery is fine. Lights on door do NOT come on, it clicks but not working. Any idea how to reset?

Look up at top of page below the RED header; it shows you are in the Q7 MK 1 Forum...below that it clarifies the MK 1 Q7 ended production in 2015.

Simply click on Audi Q7 link at top of page, then select the Q7 MK II forum. There are also new member sections on here that show you how to use this site and navigate around, etc. That stuff is linked in the red banner area, as is a lot of other useful stuff.
