NO: Battery for Audi Q7. HELP!
I have taken over an Audi Q7 from my late father. It has been standing all winter and the battery is completely empty. The manual lock on the car does not work, and since the battery is dead the central locking will not work either.
The foreman has tried to get power from the trailer through the back of the car without success, they have also tried to get the door open woth different tools, nor has it worked.
Does anyone knows how to get into the car to change the battery or get power in the car so the battery fills up? I`m aware that u can lift the car up to get to the battery on the underside, but wonder if there are any simpler tips out there.

If you are in the U.S. and have the VIN# readily available, you can register it with Audi online and access a digital copy of your owner's manual. There's a section that details how you can unlock the vehicle with a dead battery. I'd just tell you, but I don't remember what it says, and I don't have access to my manual right now LOL
EDIT: Just saw you're from Norway. Not sure if you still reside in Norway or not, but theoretically it should be a similar process elsewhere...

Just keep working on the door lock with WD40 and the key. It will eventually work free.
If you have towing electrics under the rear bumper, you might be able to tap into a positive feed through there. For a negative feed, any metal ground point should suffice.
I’m not sure which side of the starter motor is energised for starting. Does it have a constant positive feed?
If I were going to inflict damage in order to get a door open, my target would be the bonnet release mechanism via the front grille.
The method in the video has potential, but if you haven’t been under the bonnet before then finding and accessing the red terminal could be tricky, but nothing that a bit of internet research can’t solve.
