Default Catastrophic driveshaft failure. What related parts need to be replaced?

I drove my wife's 2014 Q7 to work last week. As i was coming up to a cattle guard, I let off the accelerator, after the cattle guard i tried to accelerate and nothing happened. I pressed the gas again and heard a loud bang and felt something banging around the under carriage of my car. When I stopped I was surprised and relieved that there wasn't debris and transmission fluid all over the road.
I had it towed to a shop in the hopes that my warranty would cover the repairs. They denied the claim, stating that it looks like I ran over something.
I'm no stranger to mechanic work so i can fix it myself. The question I have is what parts (other that the obviously bent drive shaft) I need to replace.

Not sure what these pats at called, but this is the transmission end

Ouch! What did that cattle guard DO to that car?!

Looks pretty straightforward on the replacement - full driveshaft with center support bearing. Possibly the output shaft seal(s), if damaged at the transfer case or rear differential.

I think the driveshaft was loose and the bump knocked it out of place. Me pressing on the gas flung it around bending the shaft.

Never seen one fail like that. The big rubber piece on front end is a damper, and if new driveshaft not including that , then I'd get one for it, and all new securing hardware both ends, and for the center support bearing too, if those bolts not included with new driveshaft, etc.

Can't tell from pics if the center support bearing still in place, but what normally happens is that support bearing fails, then the rear prop shaft gets to moving around , the grease seals by the support bearing fail next, then eventually the whole thing goes kaput and starts banging and making noise, but yours if the first I've seen to separate from the rear diff and turn into a pretzel. Looks like a straightforward repair though. The Q7s w/8spd tranny got the redesigned rear prop shaft, which isn't quite as 'sturdy' as the ones the early Q7s got.

Here's a thread focused on the common failure of this particular driveshaft:
