2023 Q7 w/v6 gas mileage drop

Definitely not in this forum; this is the MK1 4L Q7 built up till 2015 model year. 
Often though, when mileage goes way south it's related to not changing your spark plugs, and/or sensors going bad, etc., etc. Best to do is consider if you've done the required scheduled services or not, then fully scan the car via VAGCOM capable scan tool to see what it can tell you. Myriad other factors impact fuel economy too of course, such as towing will absolutely kill it on a gas engine, driving uphill, heavy idling/sitting in car with it running, and on, and on.
Now skedaddle on over to the MKII Q7 (4M chassis) forum and see what those like-driving folks can suggest.
