1998 Audi A4 B5 Leak HELP !

1998 Audi A4 B5 Leak HELP !
i have a Audi 1998 1.8t
I have a coolant Leak, but the wierd thing is there is nothing driping, when i open my hood i see its wet on the alternator and splash/drip marks in the engine bay, but i cant tell where or when it leaks, or where its coming from ? Could it be a hose ? spraying, everytime i open the hood i dont see it, must only happend when i drive the car, cause while in idle, nothing drips ! I just put a water pump in, but no leaks ! I dont know what to do ???? Please help ! Car is not overheating by the way, but my engine compartment looks crappy with coolant splashes everywhere !
