Late Night Help Needed: Starting Problems
Tonight I replaced my oil cooler gasket since it was leaking oil. I took of the intake manifold to gain access to the oil cooler. I reassembled everything in the correct order and my car will not start. I have done some trouble shooting but have had no success.
When i try to start the car it will start, rev up to about 1300 rps, make a high pitch noise, and die. This whole process last about 3 seconds. I checked all vac lines and they are fine. I re seated the injectors and that made no difference. I VAGed the car and it didnt show any codes. Finally, I checked the fuses and none were blown.
If anyone has any other ideas let me know. It looks like I will be biking to work tomorrow. TIA
