Finally: my S4 side skirt job done correctly (slight BWW)
So last summer I picked up some S4 skirts but didn't spring the extra money for the S4 lower door trim to do the entire job correctly. It looked pretty bad so I finally caved and bought all the correct S4 lower trim pieces. I cannot believe how much OEM parts will run you. For the 8 caps with primer and the 4 rubber mounting strips it ran close to $1200 from the dealer! However, with how clean and classy and original the final job looks I can *almost* justify the ridiculous expenditure. Here are some quick pics:

Very nice, but for that much money I will cut the A4 moldings or use Trim Guard...
when I do my own. No way I can justify $1200 on moldings. That is, if I ever find a good deal on side skirts (and front bumper).

didn't cut the moldings, just removed the original mounting brackets and used double-sided tape.
how come your end pieces on the driver side don't line up 100%? the tiny one next to the front is too high, and the tiny one in the rear is too low. for oem and $1200 they better line up properly.
if it's the brackets, screw em. just use heavy duty double-sided tape from home depot so that you can place them exactly in line with the rest of the skirt.
other than that, awesome choice on the body kit and rims. same exact body kit as me
