Drilling Non-Foulers out for the life of me I can't get the 02 sensor to seat when drilling w/ 1/2"
Tricks? I've gone through 2 sets of non-foulers trying now and I am about to give up and just run with a perpetual CEL.

Yep and then short or long depending on what has worked in combination for others...

I used 42002 and get a CEL maybe once a month.

Buy a unibit...
it's a stepped drill bit, so the width of the hole left is determined by how far you *ahem* penetrated. Don't buy it at your local home depot though...a set of three is $60 there. Get it at a local harbor freight store (Franklin Mills or Norristown). You should be able to get a set of three for about $20 there.
