Same here. My rears look really worn, with a lip on, but had them checked and they have 40% left on them.

I always replace the rotors with pads. They aren't that expensive, and it helps with handbrake feel.

It depends from a brand, but in general I would say YES. But it make sense, you need to add also the transport costs, import duties..
