CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

HELP! I need to turn off my check engine light.
Anyone know how to do this?

No, I am in northern Virginia... PRETTY CLOSE TO WASHINGton dc.

I took it to autozone. They didnt have the right adapter or somthing.

I had it inspected. They said that it was a pressure leak somewhere in the engine. They said they could take 5 hours to figure out what it was, but considering they charge 100$ an hour i decided i would look it over myself.
Upon inspection there was a quite obvious leak in the engine coolant, and several other liquid bays. I sealed the leaks and there are no more leaks. I want to turn off my engine light, so that I can see if it comes back on again. if it comes back on i didnt find all of the leaks, If it stays off... I fixed the problem, Right?
