my car alarm seems to be randomly going off, and quite often too. and drains on my battery...help...

hood switch is below the locking mechaism
it is riveted on.
Its a plastic tab that gets depressed.
Spray it with WD and you should be good to go.
Mine freaks out every once in a while as the tacky spray lube the dealer uses gunks it up.
