There's a wiring change(one wire needs to be cut and another spliced in) but otherwise it will work.

Default Those are both Delta CC's. Symphony is double DIN.
Delta is correct for a 1994 A4 but you might need to buy a bose or non bose unit. I don't know how you can reprogram a Delta. There is no k-line connection.
