New clutch?

So my engagement point is really high, like almost at the top.It doesnt slip under any circumstances.Time for a new one or is something else wrong?

nope, that's just where the clutch catches on these cars.

Thats normal

I just installed a brand new aftermarket clutch and it still engages way up top.

Really? Is there anything to do to adjust it?

I drive my friends 300zx and his is so low.You guys arent effing with me are you haha. I see the way noobs are treated.

no, that's really how high they catch. There's not much you can do. Some aftermarket clutchs lower it so when your clutch is bad that's always an option.

Any clutches you would suggest? Looking to do a lwfw also...

look into Southbend clutches...

there are many different clutchs out there so just search around the archive. Also, based on some of the reviews on here, stay away from SPEC clutches.

If you do go with a southbend talk with Joe@AxisMotorsport, he's a great guy to deal with.
