X-post: HELP! Can't get my Symphony out.

The keys aren't grabbing up top, but I can hear them click in at both of the bottom clips. Any idea how to get it out if the keys don't work?
I tried pulling at the bottom 2 to see if I can at least get the bottom out a bit but I ended up ripping the keys out.
Tips GREATLY appreciated. Trying to get my nav in tonight.
