Anyone know of a good place to get a replacement oil temp sensor?
Mine just died a couple of weeks ago. I checked the fuses to make sure first but it seems the temp sensor is bad.
The gauage every once in a while come back on and then die off again quickly. So I don't think it's the gauge itself.
Any suggestions?

I would like to know also...
I have been to three dealerships in CT none of them know where it is. Bentley says on a ATW motor that it is located off the oil filter. This is incorrect. I have been told also that it is part of the water temperature sender. I pulled this plug and the oil temperature was still reading. I also pulled the plug on the oil level switch on the oil pan and the gauge still read.

Not next to crankshaft pulley on ATW
I replaced the crankshaft oil seal and removed the crankshaft toothed belt pulley along with the crankshaft main belt pulley this weekend. I double checked my pictures but I don't see any wires coming out of that area at all. I also don't seem to see it on the top of the oil filter housing per Bentley. Another thread mentions that it is probably a combination with the oil level sender on the ATW engine.
