Default Do I have to remove the seat to clean out the airbag connector under the seat?

My airbag light came on and the code says it's the passanger side igniter resistance. I read here that it's usually fixed by cleaning and zip-tying the connector underneath the seat.

I can see the connector but it's very hard to reach. Do I have to remove the seat to do this?

Thanks
