H&R sport springs were recomended...good or bad? and should i replace the shocks too?

They're good springs, and yes replace the shocks too.
Albeit, they are a touch on the heavy side compared to our Vogtland springs, they are a good spring.

If I had to do it all over again, I'd go w/ Koni shocks. When I was running 17" BBS CHs w/ Conti.
Sport Contact 2 tires on my Bilstein sport shocks, the ride was pretty uncomfortable on rough roads. At the moment I'm running on my original 15" wheels, and the ride is much smoother/better because of the taller and softer sidewalls. So if you're going to be running on upsized wheels and or stiffer tires, I'd recommend the Konis.
