Default one is bigger than the other...

the 22mm is a stiffer bar... more of a race bar setup than the 19mm. there are cons to getting TOO stiff of a bar, or doing a bar that isnt balanced with the front.

Do a search and you'll find that some of the older neuspeed bars, including the old 22s used to break the mounting points

Default Old News. Some years back....

Neuspeed learned of a rear sway bar "issue" on an Audi A4 Quattro. They found that the rear bar mount was not suffice and led to subframe damage. They decided to pull all of their rear bars in both sizes for both FronTrak and Quattro, although no evidence supported that the Frontrak rear bar mounts needed change. It took some time but they ended up re-releasing the rear bars in both sizes in both Quattro and FronTrak. They all have new mounting parts that will not lead to rear subframe damage. This is old news but everyone should still watch out for the old bars with the old mounts, as there are still some floating around on Ebay etc.
