Default wiring question, please see the attachment, could really use some info

Guys,
I would really appreciate some responses, I am still wrestling with my rear defogger and I will need it with winter coming. The attached page is from the Bentley, and shows at the top of the circuit 3 boxes, each with a number. I can't figure out where these 3 wires are going. They are 150 57 and 236.

The bottom of this page references T6e as being the blue connector station in the drivers a pillar. When I used my fluke meter connecting pin 1 on the rear defog switch, it seemed to indicate continuity with each of the pins in the blue connector station at T6e. This can't be correct, could it?

It appears that wire 236(mentioned above)goes to ground, which can't be good. Where is this wire supposed to go?

Bentley also does not show much info on the wire connector station mentioned above.

By the way, I have already confirmed continuity across the rear window and have replaced the switch with the same results.

I very much appreciate your help.

Ken

Default Thanks, I did see that and tried to follow, locating where those wires....

continue is the challenge. I could not find it.

Thanks very much for your help.

Ken

I was just working on it again and found something very strange that can't be right. I used the fluke as a continuity tester and found that every pin in the T6e wire connection juction goes to ground. Now what do I do?

Thanks again,

Default Keep in mind that connector is mostly going to loads...

like lamps, rear window defogger, motor. These are all pretty low resistance and look like a short to a continuity tester. You would be better off looking for the 12V with the circuit active.

Default By the by 236 is a lighting circuit...

current track 150 from the fuse box looks to be the source.

Default Could You explain that further, please.....

David, I appreciate your information. If I am understanding you correctly, I should not be terribly alarmed with what I have seen so far.
I have a fluke 27 and would really appreciate understanding how to test for the 12V with active circuit.

Could I e-mail you or give you a call to discuss?

Thanks again,
Ken

Default Did More Testing.....interesting development...You are onto something..

David,
I did a bunch more testing, sparked by your "active" comment...Thank You.
With the fluke set for dc and the key turned on, I tested several things. The Heavy wire (white & yellow) at the switch going to pin 5 should carry 12 volts with the key turned on. It does not. I confirmed this should be the behavior when i compared it with my daughter's 96 A4, which works fine and shows 12 volts. Now I need to trace that 150 line to see where it gets power. You mentioned the fuse box, and I looked behind it. It seems impossible to find that wire. Any thoughts?
Thanks again very much.
