Default its the hesitation from the torque converter, in 2nd gear it will go past 2k

depending on how hard i give it throttle depends on how long it takes to hesitate (give more gas hesitation comes on around 2.5k if i give light throttle comes on around 2.1k) it will give a quick pause then continue to accelerate. Ive been told by all it is the torque converter working in the at.

was just wondering if there was any way to get rid of it.

Default My tip doesn't do this at all, i would vag it an observe torque converter slippage while this is

occuring to see what is really going on.

sorry everyone gives you a hard time about having a tip, i got mine because my a4 was dirt cheap and i like it for an auto, but i would still rather have a manual.

But I've almost perfected the car, so no point in selling it now. plus we don't loose boost when shifting.
