Had to roll my fenders.

I have MM11-2 wheels (17x8) with RE730s and my wife noticed(I can't believe I didn't see it)that my tires are cut on the side walls. I looked and saw that they were hitting the fender wells.I got the floor jack ,some masking tape,and a ballpen hammer and rolled my fenders. I didn't think that I would even have this problem so I never even looked.12 has been enough for me.

Yes,just got to get over the fear factor and have an idea of what u are doing.

I jacked up the car with a floor jack,took some masking tape and taped the area to be rolled and the took the ballpen hammer and started rolling the lip with moderate blows while holding the outside of the fender,opposite of were I was hitting, with my free hand for support.Took about 15mins all told.Didn't even take the wheels off.
Now let me say that I have been a Car mechanic/Tech. for most of my adult life and I didn't feel that what I was doing would be difficult(which it wasn't)but I don't know how the average person would view this,so proceed with caution and at your own risk.12 has been enough for me.

What's the "Ballpen Hammer" ??? Can u post it's pic???

Ballpeen hammer is a hammer that has rounded end(peen) on it instead of a claw
