I can hear my (stock) exhaust! the 8000s were alwyas too noisy.
The grip is great, but what I like most is that the steering didn't get numb and I don't get a lot of kickback. I think the 7.5x17" ET35 rim is PERFECT to center the scrub radius of the bigger 225s w/o negatively impacting the steering.
The tires do make a louder thump over bumps.
Compared to the 225-60-15 tp 245-50-16 upgrade on my BMW this is a marvel! The BMW tramlined after the upgrade, and the steering felt heavier. I got used to the feel, but hated the tramlining. Those were P7000ss which generally are getting slagged now.
