What are peoples impression of the Sumitomo HTR-Z tires in 17 and 18" widths??

Cris Lau had Sumitomos on his 17" BBS RK. They warped and made horrible rubbing noises when driving. He has since upgraded to Yokohama AVS Sports. If you are looking for a less expensive tire, try these or the Bridgestone 730s which are also equally good. You may want to email Cris before deciding on the Sumitomos.
By the way, how is the grad school apps going? I am sick of the medschool ones, I am on number 14, but have written about ten different essays in the past three weeks.

His sumitomo's WARPED?? Wow, that's pretty f'd up!
I better e-mail him! Apps are going okay. I haven't actually filled any out quite yet! (gulp!) But at least I've actually got some that have arrived in the mail.
