Default you're missing the point of the te37's

the te37's aren't about looks (they're a decent looking wheel, but there are better) -- they're about being ultra-light (perhaps the lightest street-legal wheel in just about every size) and wicked strong.

imho, buying fake te37's is up there with buying hubcaps that have fake disc brakes on them -- sure, the look can be (somewhat) copied, but the performance can't.
--

Default Racing Hart CP035s are in the 7lb range in 15"

no....that's not a typo......I did mean to say 7lbs. Unfortunately, there is no 5X112 fitment. Designed for lightweight FWD cars like the Civics and Integras.

http://www.dazzmotorsports.com/wheel.asp?mkid=20&mdlid=113</a

Default I checked on the avs 7.... no dice on the 5-112. In fact...

I found a BUNCH of tantrum lookalikes, and absolutely none of them make a 5-112, except the tantrum.

the search continues....

Default nice! how fragile are they though?

even if they were available in a 5x112 bolt pattern, i have a tough time imagining that they are very strong. hell, i worry about my te37's on the roads around boston all the time (so far, so good, but you never know).
--

Default Only problem with TE37 is finding a replacement if you damage one.

Its not impossible but you will have hell getting somebody to break a set of 4 for you to have one. I know a couple of people with that problem now, so they have 4 light weight paper weights. Cool wheels but sucks he can't put them back on his supra. He really needs the 285 width tires on his car badly.

Default No idea, but they are designed for lightweight FWD cars.....

that's probably why there is no 5 bolt application since most cars with a 5 bolt pattern is on the heavier side.
