For Sharon, question about your wheels...
I asked Tempa Mike, he said he is running 5mm spacers to clear the Alcon Type B's with his Fikses. Do you need to run spacers on your Kinesis to clear those Type B's? Thanks.

No spacers needed w/ custom wheels like Kinesis
Effectively Kinesis (or other custom wheel manufacturers) will build the spacers into the wheel instead of having the additional part. I was told the spacers on the Fikses weigh several (3?) pounds, so while the Kinesis weigh 20 and the Fikse's ~18, it's possible the Kinesis actually win out (although it's pretty close).
The Alcons are less bulky than the S4's stock calipers, so clearing those is less of an issue (again, the Kinesis's are built to clear the stock calipers if that is what you specify to them). I think w/o the Alcons a 6-7mm spacer is needed to clear the S4's stock caliper.

3lbs?! Certainly not per wheel...
Corey's wheels with the spacers are still lighter than my Kinesis.
Also, Alcon B-Types aren't as wide as the stock S4 calipers. If the wheel clears the stock ones, it'll clear the B-types.
