Directional tread on RE040s
Hey all! Check out the crack in my left rear RE040:

So I wanna use my spare until I decide what to replace the RE040s with (Pilot Sports or S02PPs probably), but the rotation will be the wrong direction. I can't believe that'd be too big a deal, except maybe at high speed on a really wet road. Am I nuts? Will I have less traction on dry roads too? I signed up for driving school in a couple weeks, could I run that spare backwards on the track, or would that be totally stupid?
