RS4 winter tires

I am searching for winter tires for my RS4.
The Audi RS4 winter wheels are 18/7.5.
Tire specification are 225/40R18 92V.
What I have found (tirerack):

x Pirelli Winter 240 Snowsport
x Dunlop Winter Sport M2

Did I miss other brands?
Any suggestion or experiences with those tires?

I must to keep the Audi specification on that.

I am affraid that european use the site also !!. For the RS4, do not blame me, ask Audi USA.

Thats pretty much it.

Best ones to use to meet Audi specs & both really great tires, with the Pirellis giving you a bit higher dry handling over Dunlops!
