Fitment Question: Did anyone try SSR Integrals with 245/40/17's on their S4?

I am really interested in this wheel/tire combo for track use. The wheels have 35mm offset and are around 16lb a piece. My only concern is fitment issues with the suspension bits in the rear. Please let me know if you are running this combo and elaborate on fitment issues that came up. Thanks in advance
