Will may A4 Steel winter wheels (OEM VW/Audi takeoffs) fit an A6 Avant?

Will may A4 Steel winter wheels (OEM VW/Audi takeoffs) fit an A6 Avant?
My A4 was totalled in May. I've been waiting since early June for my '01 A4 Avant but it looks now like it'll be at least late Nov. or early December, and I'm not sure I want to wait that long.
One issue is whether the winter wheels (OE VW/Audi steel takeoffs) w/ snow tires will fit an A6 Avant. I don't see why not since the tires are the same size on the A4 2.8 and A6.
Anyone know without the specific offset info, etc.?
