ATP S5 16x6.5

I'm kind of scratching my head here... thinking about getting these wheels for my '96 A6, but they're a 6.5" wheel while even the stock wheels are 7". Should I go to a 6.5" wheel? I wanted to get a 225/50 tire... would I be able to with a 16x6.5? Or is 6.5" too narrow for a 225/50 tire? These wouldn't be winter wheels... since I probably wouldn't put them on until spring.

What I suggest

It works fine for a 205/55, but would look kinda skinny for the 225/50.

What I suggest is to run the 16X7 wheel- same price, I do have them on hand- call me direct & I can get it for you!
