It depends.
Many variables to consider depending upon what you order..
Tires alone usually ship within 24 hours.
Packages usually ship within 24-72 hours depending upon the mounting backlog.
Transit time also depends upon the warehouse availability.. assuming it ships from our closest regional warehouse, timewise is usually about 1-4 days in transit.
If you call me I can give you a pretty accurate expectation depending upon what you are looking for.
Busy lines not uncommon this time of year unfortunately.. a call hold time queue of 3-5 minuts ALL DAY is not uncommon on a Monday.
Drop me an email or call early am is usually best to get thru on Mondays.. most other days are fine :-)
