MAK wheels - pics and opinions?

I'm in the market for new rims on my 2000 A4, and I really like the look of the MAK Sonics. (I'm upgrading from the stock 16" sport rims.) The Sonics come in a 17x7.5 size, which is exactly what I'm after.

The only downside I can think of is the weight... 25.4 pounds at 17x7.5. (ouch)

Does anyone here have these rims? Any pics of them actually installed on an Audi? Are they strong? I'm hoping that they are strong since I'd be giving up a lot of performance going with wheels that heavy.

Any other info you can offer about them?

And how about the MAS Roger wheels? Anyone have any opinions on those? How about some installed pics?

Weight is typical of the wheels in that price range.

Though the Ace Lolas are 22lbs in 17" size. I have the MGRs (President) - I did not feel any difference in the extra weight over the 20lb seven spoke sport wheels. The added responsiveness and extra width of 225 tires may have overshadowed the weight differences.
