Are ATP Spas from Tirerack supposed to come with new lug bolts?

Are ATP Spas from Tirerack supposed to come with new lug bolts?

My winter wheels/tires were ordered by my local dealer from Tirerack. It occurs to me, looking at the black OE lug bolts (that would normally covered by plastic piece on stock wheels), that perhaps the new wheels were supposed to come with matching lug bolts. Anyone know for sure?

My ATP Spas from TireRack came with new bolts (m)

in a padded envelope taped to the inside of one of the wheel's cardboard protector.

We have some applications that use the O.E. bolts and others that use a 60 degree tapered bolt that we supply. If the ATP wheel has the "Ball" or "Radius" style lug seat that the original equipment wheels have, then you should use the original Audi lug bolts. If the wheels have a tapered seat (60degree), the wheels should have been shipped with bolts. Please check your invoice or give your salesperson a call to verify. Always be sure to carry a set of O.E. bolts with your spare tire if your aftermarket wheels use another type of bolt. For wheels that need O.E. bolts, we have the plastic covers in black or chrome that can hide the factory Audi bolt.
