Will Stoptech 13" brakes fit under 18" Sportec Mono 10 wheels?

Does anybody have this setup. Will it work?

Also, does anybody know weight of the 18" x 8.5" Sportec wheel?

Default I've searched and also seen ~26 lbs.
So which is it? Also, stock wheels are supposedly about 28 lbs. each. Still this seems to be very much on the heavy side for 18" wheels. Can anybody comment?
